Virginia Gun Owners Forum - VGOF

Here's the site below for picnic pics. I compressed them before uploading so they would be accessible to those with dial-up - hopefully. Some are slightly blurry because of the camera settings. It was pretty gloomy yesterday and I had to use a night setting. You can see one pic in the flow taken with regular flash and its too dark to see. If anyone wants high res, please PM me and I will gladly e-mail them. I'll also post a few of the better ones here. The second link is a slide show.

The guy with the gray beard is forum member Graybeard321 and his wife - I can't remember their names either!

Thank you very much Rick for organizing this event. And thanks to all the other people that where involved in its coming to be. It was fun and I wish I could have stayed longer and chatted with more folks. Thing is Chrissy was getting cold so we had to cut it short.

So did any people head over to the shooting range after clean up?? I really wanted to do that but again, it would have been outside and if the wife is not happy than no way I'd be able to be happy.

No range visit this time. The rain pretty well dampened everyone's spirits - well, mine anyway. The range gets pretty muddy when it rains, so setting targets gets to be a bit messy.

Also, I'm still really new at the gun club. Maybe by Spring-time, I'll be a little more comfortable with getting a gathering there. they have a nice pavilion and tables at the upper range where we could cook and eat...I just need more time to prepare that one
