bullet recycling

can anyone tell me the best way to recycle about 200ct 22 bullets in Virginina? there is nothing wrong with them. I can not bring them back to Texas with me and not sure what to do with them. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The virginia recycling program is easy. Its called keep pulling the trigger and reloading till you run outta ammo.
