Title 1 Firearms

Incoming transfer process:

• Purchase the firearm(s) from an individual or dealer
  Inform us where to send a copy of our Federal Firearms License
  We will contact you when your firearm(s) arrives
  Federal and state forms will be completed when you pick-up your firearms

Title 2 Firearms

Incoming transfer process:

• Purchase the firearm(s) from an individual or dealer
  If from a dealer, let us know where to send our FFL/SOT
  If from an individual, trust or corp, a Form 4 must be completed. The $200 tax will be paid by the buyer or seller
  We will contact you when your firearm(s) arrives
  We can send you the Form 4 with complete instructions or you can come by the shop to complete
  Once the Form 4 is approved we will contact you to pickup your item. We can ship silencers direct to Virginia residents

We have been getting a few PMs asking how we are able to ship silencers to our customers within Virginia.
The short version:

- Silencers are NFA items therefore NICS and VCheck exempt
- Silencers are not recognized as firearms by the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Silencers can be shipped to the customer with an approved ATF Form 4
