Well I finally finished building my AR pistol. It was fun and a real learning experience. It took two trips to the range to get it running right but it seems to be good now. It is a blast to shoot, and very loud. Gets lots of smiles at the range.







Build list is as follows:
Rock River pistol lower
Rock River parts kits
Rock River buffer tube
AR Stoner 7" Barrel
Midwest Industries milled upper ($$$)
Palmetto State Armory BCG
DPMS Levang Muzzle Brake
Aluminum hand guard
Gas block with top and bottom rails
Troy style aluminum flip up front and rear sights
Cheap red dot sight for fun

Did someone say SBR time?

Awesome! I love it. I heard a guy at the range shooting the Sig 556 version. Hearing protection didn't stop my vision from shaking every time he fired. LOL must be awesome to shoot. Congrats...

I get a kick out of how the gov genius works. If you have a SBR, you have to pay tax and register it. If the manufacturer says... "no, it's a pistol. See, no stock!", then you're fine.

This and the slidefire stock are the kind of things that makes me say just get rid of the NFA all together. Outside of being irritating and proving the government has their hands too deep into our lives and pockets, it doesn't really do anything.

Ah. Shoulder holster.

They make em for MP5's... got to be one for an AR pistol.
