Obama Admin is issuing 2 new Executive Orders relating to their goal of gun control.

Since there are so many old Milsurp guns used on the streets in crime, I wonder how shutting down the milsurp market actually affects crime.

Yes, and street gangs register their Class III guns via trusts and corporations ALL THE TIME...

Just like Obama shoots skeet ALL THE TIME...

C'mon, we all know how much the gangbanger crowd loves them some milsurp rifles. Besides, they have a hard enough time keeping their pants up with just a Glock Fowty in the waistband. Can't wait to see some urban yoot with a M1A1 Springfield in his drawzs.

It goes without saying, but Obama and the Democrats' end-game has always been complete disarmament of the People. Just another example of him banning something quickly and quietly, hoping nobody will notice, or that we'll all think it's a harmless act on his part or not worth fighting over.

Not getting into the Constitutionality of it, but asking two questions:
1.) When exactly was the last crime using "military surplus" rifles? JFK Assasination.
2.) The "trusts" were developed to allow a FAMILY to have access to a REGISTERED WEAPON that has a TAX STAMP, not circumvent background checks. Which questions what's the percentage of LEGAL machine gun/suppressor owners committing crimes? Less than 1%. (2008 UCR FBI statistics)

Soooo this was "punishment" by the current administration for "rebelling" against a Tyrants desire? I see! Uh-huh! Gotcha!

Yep, that is completely the endgame. People often ask why Democrats do not care about inner city crime.

The answer? The Democratic party already controls these people, they do not care if they kill each other. They want control over the rest of us.

You can't be saying that you believe he would care even if he did know.

Obama and the Dems would change the name to Civilian Disarmament Program. Or perhaps Civilian Obedience Program. That's it, COP makes a fine acronym for a program to make us all helpless hostages of the .gov.

I love this quote...

"If Congress won't act, we'll fight for a new Congress," Biden said. "It's that simple. But we're going to get this done."

... so, if congress defies the president and supports the will of the people, we'll just get new law makers that will ignor the people and the constitution and enforce the rule of the Obama Monarchy (aka Liberal Party).

There are no words in any language to express my hatred for this presid...no tyrant, and never a man more deserving of anothers wrath!

If there is one soloce to all this is that I will live to see the day he dies, and I will make it my patriotic duty to piss on his grave.

The CMP was created by the U.S. Congress as part of the 1903 War Department Appropriations Act. The original purpose was to provide civilians an opportunity to learn and practice marksmanship skills so they would be skilled marksmen if later called on to serve in the U.S. military. Over the years the emphasis of the program shifted to focus on youth development through marksmanship. From 1916 until 1996 the CMP was administered by the U.S. Army. Title XVI of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1996 (Public Law 104-106, 10 February 1996) created the Corporation for the Promotion of Rifle Practice & Firearms Safety (CPRPFS) to take over administration and promotion of the CMP. The CPRPFS is a tax-exempt non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that has been Federally chartered by the U.S. Congress, but is not an agency of the U.S. Government (Title 36, United States Code, Section 40701 et seq). Apart from a donation of surplus .22 and .30 caliber rifles in the Army's inventory to the CMP, the CMP receives no Federal funding.

Wish our gutless legislature would start proceedings to get rid of the emperor.
Fat chance.

Add one more to the list of high crimes.

Well, I guess that settles the question of whether or not we're going to see those Korean M-1 carbines ever make it back to the United States.

It has nothing to do with crime they are just chipping away at the 2nd amendment taking our rights then trying for an all on assault on the entire 2nd amendment when they have enough democrats in congress.

Not upholding the law if you are sworn to do so is a crime.
One the imperial Obama now apparently seems free to do along with Eric (blood on his hands) Holder.

Guess we're lucky they didn't smuggle thousands of M-1's into Mexico to further their agenda.

Why, just the other day I was accosted by the Mosin Possey.

At what point does Congress bitchslap this POSUS and impeach? Even in the Senate there's gotta be growing unrest.

Lavin was talking about this on my way home. It would be comical if if wasn't true. It's really just baffling to try and understand what these azzhats are pushing. They are grasping at straws just trying to get something passed so they can stand up and pat each other on the backs for furthering their agenda.

A perfect example of why Washington needs an enema.

Well, I am glad he's doing this. Why, just yesterday, I was getting gas when two thugs approached me with their M1s, demanding some change. Those damned rifles are so concealable, I had no idea they were armed until the thugs lifted their shirts and I saw the barrels tucked in, a la "Mexican carry".

Plus, it makes sense. Think about it - we need to ensure they go to the rebels in Syria so they can fight Assad. True, we are already funding them with weapons from our military, and money to buy Russian arms. That said, we know Garands belong on the battlefield and not on our streets!

Heck, I bet you we need to get them to the cartels for F&Fv2! All those M16s we give the Mexican armed forces that end up in drug gangs' hands are weak compared to the decades-old Garand.
