This time the attacker lived.
He does, however, have a new dimple in one cheek.
'Point 'em out, knock 'em out': Brutal game ends when assault victim fires his concealed handgun
The game was called "point 'em out, knock 'em out," and it was as random as it was brutal.
The object: Target an innocent victim for no other reason than they are there, then sucker punch him or her.
But on this day in Lansing, there would be no punch. The teen-age attacker had a stun gun. He did not know his would-be victim was carrying a legally concealed pistol.
The teen lost the game.

Ha. The kid gets no sympathy from me.
Wonder if the experience taught him anything worth learning.

The kid wrote an apology letter to the victim. The only reason this kid is "Very Sorry" is because he got caught and he got nailed.

I have to wonder their intentions after stunning the victim.
Usually that is to gain control so that they can do something even worse.

The guy is very lucky to be alive. Hopefully he's learned his lesson.

Nothing like suffering consequences to teach one that what you did was very wrong. Hopefully he perpetrator realizes how lucky he is to be alive and will make better decisions in the future.
It will be interesting to see what, if anything, the perp is convicted of too.
