I'm guessing that the NBRA wants to remain as diplomatic as possible, and avoid "conspiracy theorist" accusations.

It's career suicide (and possibly a criminal charge) for a friggin rodeo clown to mock the POTUS.

Any Congressman filing article of impeachment would get a drone strike.
