We just bought a house in South Riding and wanted to know if any other members live there. Would like to know if there are some like minded folks in the neighborhood. To be honest, being new to the area... I am also looking for a few shooting buddies.

Great to hear. I recently moved from a neighborhood where I had 2 neighbors who became range buddies. I am hoping to find the same in our new neighborhood. If any of you ever want a range partner, shoot me a message. I have plenty of toys and don't mind sharing :)

RO73,

Welcome to Loudoun! Silver Eagle group and Blue Ridge Arsenal are both ranges that are close to you. Check both of those out. I'm one of the Partners at Sterling Arsenal, we're really close to Silver Eagle and alot of our guys shoot their often.

Also, you just moved into State House District 83, and the incumbent Delegate is a very strong 2nd A supporter. He's a fellow hunter and a friend of mine. He's in a tough re-election race, so if you want to support him make sure to update your voter registration for the fall.

Hope you enjoy your new community,

Thanks,

Ryan Gleason

Ryan,

Thank you for all the info. I have already researched District 83 and will be supporting all pro 2A candidates. I have always been very active in politics and will continue to do so in my new District.
Having said that, I am glad you posted here. I've been meaning to stop by Sterling Arsenal and checking it out. I am looking for a new "Go To" LGS. I'll be sure to stop by once we have settled in to our new home. Thanks again.

+1 on Silver Eagle Group. I've shot at SEG several times and will become a member when I move.

Been to Sterling Arsenal once, they seem nice and I look forward to checking them out more and buying from them when I relocate down.

Welcome to South Riding! I'm right in your backyard in the Little River Commons development off Gum Spring Rd. Just discovered this forum. Great to converse with local, like-minded gun owners. Plenty of us in the South Riding/Stone Ridge area.

Thanks. I'm right near Little River Elementary. I also found out that we have an FFL right in the neighborhood.

Just noticed this thread. Live in Herndon, work in Ashburn and I'm a member at Silver Eagle.
