I've been a customer of theirs now going on about three years. The staff at the Q-Town location (I can't speak for the other locations as I've never been to them) is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and respectful. In particular, the manager, Bob, is one of the nicest, laid-back guys you'll ever meet and his knowledge stems from well over 20 years of LE experience. I've purchased numerous pistols, accessories, mags, etc. without any reason to complain in the least. Never a bad experience. And if you're military, LE, or first responder, their prices cannot be beat. Example -- last gun I bought there was a S&W M&P9c, which retails for $569. Their reduced pricing is $398, plus S&W gives you a $50 rebate. Out the door was about $420 and got $50 back from S&W.
The other day, I took my 66 year old mother-in-law to the shop so she could see which revolver she might like to purchase, as she is no longer able to rack the slide on her pistol. I told Bob that we wouldn't be purchasing that day, and explained she just wanted to see what feels comfortable to her. Bob still spent an hour with her going over the different models and patiently answering all her questions, all the while instructing her in various ways. He also encouraged us both to enter the M&P drawing to be held later. Knowing he wasn't going to get a sale and still making us his #1 priority for an hour just cements my faith in QT. Customer service is still alive, at least at that store. As always, they'll be getting my future business.

Thats awesome to hear, I plan on making my next putchase there as it seems thier prices cant be beat. My understanding is that you have to drive into the base to get to the town? How's that work? I assume no CC that day.

Correct, Stephen ... no CC while on post. If you do decide to bring your firearm with you, there has to be separation of ammo and firearm. 1. All firearms must be CASED and UNLOADED.
2. A cased firearm must not be readily accessible in the vehicle.
3. Ammo must be as far away from a cased firearm as possible; ammo should be cased, if practicable, and not readily accessible.
4. All magazines must be unloaded.
This is not different than any other military installation. Because of the steps required above, I usually forego bringing my firearm onto a base, unless I'm going to the gun range, such as the Quantico Shooting Club, also located on MCB Quantico.
To get to Quantico Tactical, I'll defer to the directions listed on their website:

When you get to the gate, just show them your driver's license (if you do not have a military ID) and tell them you're going to Q-Town and off you go.

Haven't been to the Q-Town location but the Woodbridge store would get a thumbs up. Guys in there are all super friendly and helpful as well!
