What range did you visit, what did you shoot, how were you treated, etc. Tell us about your day at the range.

Anyone been through any of the courses? Civilians are able to take courses, and one of their instructors is the current IDPA indoor national champion:

From their page:

G4S ITI offers completely customized courses based off client needs as well as several standard courses.

The goal of the firearms training at G4SITI is to advance shooters to the next level. Whether you are new to firearms or have been shooting for years, our programs will provide you with the skills necessary to further your capabilities as a military member, law enforcement officer, or recreational shooter.

By focusing on the fundamentals of shooting, students will be able to engage targets with better accuracy and speed. Students are taught using techniques that stress the use of gross motor skills. This allows them to manipulate and employ various weapon systems while under stress.

Some of the resources that ITI has to use to conduct your firearms training are as follows:

(3) Three Multi-Use Firearms Ranges
Ranging out to 200 yards
3,000 Square Foot Shoot House
Equipped with an observation deck, BTI Ram and Pry doors, moving targets, Cameras, Strobes, Lighting, and Sound
MGM Metal targets, plate racks, dueling trees
Vehicles for Evacs, shooting through the Windshield and “V”, and Ballistic review
DC-9 Aircraft Fuselage (Simunitions only)
