Its more likely that he is metaphorically looking for that key used to pilfer the strawberries from the galley reefer.
He blames the political right for the problems that he doesn't address in a manner which have a history of working, and uses his race as tool to divide the country to get away with it.
Like that of Carter, history will eventually judge this charlatan, this merry-Andrew, this armchair quarterback, this poser..... for who he truly is.
