Good news is that I finally scored some .308 Winchester.

Bad news is I paid $15.48/20-round box. 77.4 cents/round.

Stuff is PPU brand; FMJ BT, 145 gr. Made in Serbia. We'll see.

I saw a couple boxes of that on a shelf at Wally World the other day... in Killmarnock. Considered buying it, but I don't have anything that eats it. Don't recall the price, though.

My GF (who used to work at that Wally-World) informs me that there no less than 3 street lights in Kilmarnock, as well as 5 traffic lights.

Recently, that Wally World expanded their hours so that they now close at midnight.

If you want to talk small towns, open this in another tab and click + once. (zoom in)
https://maps.google.com/maps?oe=utf-8&c ... d=0CHsQtgM

The postmaster there finds nothing unusual with having 4 buildings at the intersection of Main and Main.

I once saw a town in Washington state that had the names of all 23 inhabitants listed on a sign as you entered it.
