*facepalm* He didn't read the manual did he. It specifically says that if a shell fails to fire wait a bit with the gun aimed downrange before trying to eject it because of just that!
Oh yeah and don't look down the barrel!!!!

Watch the slow motion portion the recoil moved the barrel just enough to save his life....
Only video that I have seen that shows greater stupidity then that is a guy shooting a 50 cal rifle at a steel plate 100 yards away. Mind you the steel was not set at an angle and the round came right back at him barely missing.

It reminds me of a close relative of mine (I'll not say who to protect the guilty) when we were looking at my husbands and my small collection picked up (an already cleared gun--but still) and looked straight down the barrel. My husband, me, and my other close relative nearly jumped all over the person to grab it out of their hands and say "DONT EVER DO THAT AGAIN!!!!
We all wanted to throw up after that.
ALL GUNS are loaded ALL the TIME! (I don't care if the gun is locked back and you have looked and felt the chamber--guns jump up and load themselves when you are not looking).
NEVER EVER EVER point a gun at something you are not ok with a hole being there! Damage to a dresser--ok Death to a pet or a person---not ok.
