yup. 89.5532% shy, I'd say.

1,400,000/313,368,567=.004468. They claimed 90%, only got .4468% signatures. Of course, you have to be fair about this. A lot of the people who support Odumbass' gun control agenda are undoubtedly too stupid to write their names.

70 million gun owners. Even if just 10% are politically active?

That's still 7 MILLION GUN OWNERS WHO WOULD SIGN PETITIONS!

Why all the hoopla about petitions any way? There's not a day that goes by where I don't hear about some group wanting people to sign their petition.

So, how do we gun owners post a petition online so that gun enthusiasts can sign it and send it to Congress?

It should be a plain statement - something along the lines of, "I support the Second Amendment and am opposed to any further gun control laws being introduced at the Federal, State, Commonwealth or Local levels."

One of the Obama lovers at work had a petion he wanted everyone to sign. Do not remember exact wording, but the jest of it was do you support more strict laws keeping guns out of our schools. I am sure that anyone that signed this or others like it are counted by the White house as supporting Gun Control.
