Parkerizing in Harrisonburg or C'ville?

I have an old coach gun that I want to "practice" on for some newbie restoration. I have been told that parkerizing is best for the barrels vs. bead blasting if I want a cerakote finish to adhere better. I am new to Virginia and Harrisonburg. Anyone know if there is a smith out here that could do this for me? Please email me at:
aznav-at-comcast-dot-net. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

If you don't mind sending it down the road to E. TN...

You might also try the KG Gun Kote K-Phos solution (http://www.midwayusa.com/product/112848 ... phate-8-oz). I just bought a bottle and am planning on starting it on my gun next week sometime. If you can wait a bit, I'm happy to report back and let you know how well it works.
