Any day now, this guy will probably explain how the NRA caused Hurricane Sandy.

I didn't hear the Boston Bombs were made using gunpowder. Did I miss it, or did MSNBC just assume it?

Funny how they were listing the names of all the no voters all morning long that voted against the Bill except Harry Reid, His name didn't show up once ... He voted NO.

Didn't you know if you detonate gun powder at a high enough altitude it can cause a swirling vertex and can chain reaction to a hurricane, super storm like Sandy. It was the NRA's fault for allowing people who like to start hurricanes to get ahold of gunpowder and starting superstorms. Shame on them, shame on us for letting them.

He's about as big a bed-wetter as Matthews.

Maybe he should make a list of the things he thinks the NRA isn't responsible for. It's probably shorter.

Even if gunpowder WAS used in any bombing, Boston or otherwise, I still find it to be a stretch that the NRA would involve themselves in the investigations.

Did you watch the video in the link? They are saying because the NRA fought to keep the tracer stuff out of gun powder it will make it harder to track where it came from if used in the bombs. Big stretch to link the NRA by they have their sights on them now more than ever.

Apparently it is more a safety concern when used in propellants...

After sleeping on it, I remember that there was a study that flung that the tagga nts would be ineffective because of tracking problems. The NRA was concerned with manufacturer liability...at that time there were wrongful death lawsuits against gun manufacturers for sales of their products.
