Oh, I almost forgot about the possible 'gotcha' for private sales that are advertised on the internet. This might be something...(emphasis is mine)
A bipartisan group of senators has struck a deal to expand gun background checks to all commercial sales — whether at gun shows, via the Internet or in any circumstance involving paid advertising, according to Senate aides familiar with the talks.
The law would not cover private transactions between individuals, unless there was advertising or an online service involved.

Politicians have such a slick way with words, don't they? I'm tired of it - just be up front, because if you get something past "We the people" by tricking us, then there is something seriously wrong (i.e. Obamacare and a plethora of other legislation that's been passed in the last decade).

Congressman Bob Goodlatte has posted a petition to urge Warner and Kaine to vote against Universal Background checks. He's getting torn up by trolling libs in the comment section. You think we should comment there and give him some support?

Absolutely support him.. and send in the poll about Kaine and Jackass opposing any new laws..
