Anyone have any recipes using Alliant American Select powder?

I will be using Heavy Metal Bullet 200gr RNBB lead bullets

They show 185 gr SPEER GDHP data only for this powder

Have sent them e-mail, waiting for response

Here is what I have received from them so far.

In the 45 auto with a 200 gr lead bullet, try 4.5 grs of American Select
and see how that cycles.

In the 9mm, try 4.2 grs
Will be using 125 gr RNBB Heavy Metal lead bullets

You didn't get a 200gn L-SWC? Strange.
Compilation from various manuals. Start at lowest and work up.
