Won't happen b/c he knows we'd annihilate his country. He's bloviating as do many other new dictators who are trying to keep a grip on power.

I wonder what China has to say about all this. They are probably NK's best ally and if we go in all retribution like they may step in and say "not so fast". Dang borrowing all that money from them!

China does not want to lose a good market. Which if we had to go to war they most assuredly would. Additionally they don't want us to remember how to do manufacturing. So a war would be very non-productive for everyone. I would hope a phone call from Bejing to Pyongyang to tell them cool it would be in order. N. Korea only exists because china permits it. So if N. Korea threatens china's good fortune they will find themselves in a pickle.
