NAH......... Loopholes are those slots in castle walls you shoot arrows and crossbow bolts through. That machine-gun deal is supposed to be there.

It certainly isn't a loophole - and the irony of Feinstein's Assault Weapons Ban is that such legislation would completely outlaw some semi-auto rifles -- even though their machine gun counterparts are still perfectly legal (assuming you have enough $$ and patience to wait for one.)

So following the law and paying thousands or tens of thousands of dollars to acquire a lawful machine gun is a loophole? Besides, most of the things they were complaining about with the trust is from the 68' Gun Control Act which really was about keeping blacks from acquiring them. Guess that makes them racists, eh?
