I feel for gun owners in Maryland if the 50% tax and yearly firearm registration fees pass!

That's unlikely to pass, but you can look to see "reasonable" taxes put in place, then increased every year (like cigarette taxes).

You can look for MD people to come to PA and VA for ammo! I feel for MD gun shops but at least their gas stations will see a boost.

They will make the transportation of ammo across state lines illegal

Wow - I can't wait to move to Baltimore. It will become so much safer....
