I'm a little confused by this one. For a President that is screaming for gun control, pardoning a person with the following:

"possession of a firearm without a serial number, 26 U.S.C. §§ 5861(i), 5871."

seems contradictory. I won't even talk about all the people pardoned after committing fraud, counterfeiting, and theft.

Campaign contributor favor.

Honestly, I don't know why any of these are even on the president's radar. I guess all of the big issues have been taken care of. Oh wait....

* An Na Peng – Honolulu, Hawaii.
Offense: Conspiracy to defraud the Immigration and Naturalization Service,
18 U.S.C. § 371.
Sentence: Two years probation, $2,000 fine.

Is this the guy who helped Obama get a birth certificate?

I am so confused... I thought the pardons were for cases where there was some doubt about the case, or that the person was innocent. What were the criteria for pardoning these people. It really looks like he took all the applicants (if that is how it is handled) for pardon, and threw them up in the air and those that landed on his desk were the ones that got pardoned.

*shakes head*

Gotta give the guy some points for consistency in handling this the same way he handles all of the other problems.
