Bringing down the US from the inside

The following comment was in response to a blog post about a
public elementary school that gave away Obama t-shirts to their 5th graders on or about January 10th, 2013. I think the comment sums up a lot, and I needed to share it.
America, the land of the free and the home of the brave is dying a torturous death. We send billions of dollars in foreign aid to countries that hate us and want our destruction; we squander billions of dollars on illegal aliens who contribute noting to our country but sap it of its resources, we subsidize women who produce illegitimate children who grow up to be the welfare sponges that their parents are, we tax our most productive citizens to the enth degree in the behalf of all the above and we keep electing leaders who are exacerbating the demise of what was once the greatest land of opportunity the world has ever seen. What fools we are.

Wow, I have the sickening feeling we are on a downward spiral also. The support we give our enemies is disgusting, and the way our children are being brain washed in the public school system is equally disgusting. My daughter has told me countless times that so many of her classmates are libs and they think the gubment will protect and support them. What is worse is her teachers that are also libs, voice it, but the possible conservatives keep quiet. I just wish I could afford to home school her.

The overt politization and forced popularization is disgusting. This is nothing but further indoctrinization of youth. I wonder how much longer before the children become the primary informers to the state for behaviors considered harmful by the state.

Hence my signature.
I dont blame Obama - he is what he is. A scorpion on a turtles back.
The fact that he won a majority vote tells me that, well, the majority of the population decided the direction they wanted the country to go.

Do not dispair! For while one good person still draws breath the dream of America may yet live. Teach your children well, teach them to teach their peers about what America is and what it should be and from the mouths of babes shall our salvation be found.
Fight the good fight.

Didn't Paul Harvey speak on this subject many years ago?
Near as I can tell, the mission to destroy the US from the inside began in ernest shortly after the end of the 2nd world war, with the rise of the Beatnik movement.

More than ever parents need to educate their children and let them know the system is full of $hit. WE need to flush the system we pay for and rid it of this left leaning agenda of PC physco babble that is killing the nation,

The US appears to to be a eerie rehash of Rome in a tightly condensed time frame. I wonder which half of the country will be the western Roman Empire and die a fast death and which will cling to life for a few more decades as the Byzantine Empire?
Well, nothing lasts forever I guess.

Yup - Victor Davis Hanson pointed it out on the 14th... it's just where we are and just a matter of time...

Teach your children well - the state won't do it for you.

+1
State education is part of the reason we are where we are today.

I've never thought that putting the government in charge of education was a good idea, anyway. On the contrary, it would seem that it's a bad idea.

You can thank the education system in this country for these stupid kids. I remember some that could not read or write but could play sports well graduating with me back in the mid 70's.

Funny you mention that hornet. I graduated in '05 and still had kids that couldn't catch a ball if their life depend on it. They also couldn't compose a sentence if their life depended on it either. You know, those folks that don't know the difference between "weather" or "whether" and "there" or "their" type of stuff. They now type LYK DIZ N SHIZ YA HURD! I effectively have erased them out of my life. Too bad my taxes don't do the same to their waste of humanity.
