It apparently was done with a voice vote. Very nice, very nice. Stay classy CO! Think Magpul will vacate?

Agreed, they said they would. Saying and doing aren't necessarilly the same, though.

It's not a done deal yet. Monday is supposed to be the final vote from what I have read. Not looking good though...

it still needs the formal House vote and and also to go through the Senate. It's not over yet.

"An overwhelming majority of Coloradans support limiting these high-capacity ammunition magazines and it's our job in the legislature to implement the will of the people," said House assistant Majority Leader Dan Pabon, D-Denver.
Ugh, these people are complete idiots. Yeah, I'm sure the states population wants over 1000 jobs and nearly $100 million in annual sales to be forced out of the state.

sadly, the antis coudn;t care less..all they see is that stupid agenda of theirs that will do nothing but give them a win that should never happen. Politicians in this country need to be put on notice that we are not going away and that WE Will never give in to their attempts at destroying our rights or the Constitution.

If they leave CO, I hope they move here, VA will need the jobs if the sequester goes forward.

I wonder if "standard" capacity and higher magazines (20, 30 round and greater) are actually included in the "in common use" clause. They are everywhere, are in use, and are (magazines) are necessary for the operation of some rifles.

Kills me because most of them are from CA. They mess up their state and then move to a decent state and start the process all over again.

That's called perfecting the process. Practice makes perfect, you know.

That's my home. Used to bitch in the 70's about all the Californians and New Jerseys moving there and taking over. Guess it has finally come to fruition. Have a home there I always figured I would retire in. Now I guess I'll sell it. Wyoming still looks good...

"And a Colorado-based manufacturer of ammunition magazines threatened to leave Colorado if a ban on high-capacity magazines becomes law, taking some 600 jobs with them.
Democrats amended the magazine-limit bill to allow the company to continue to sell the magazines for out-of-state use"
Nice. Not safe for our people, but we still want the money (taxes/jobs).
