Gunsmith: Who can Pin a FH to a barrel?

I'm in the Tidewater area (Williamsburg) and I need someone to pin a Flash Hider to an upper reciever. Any quality GS in the area?
I would prefer a privately owned business but corporate is OK if there's no other options.
