NRA Lifetime Membership for $300

Not sure about this but on another board I visit they announced that the NRA is offering a lifetime membership for $300 rather than the normal $1,000 till April 30th. You just renew or join at this number:
1-800-672-3888 when answered press 3 for the lifetime dept.

I called the NRA today about this and this is true. The operators cannot offer up the information for some reason so you actually have to ask them about it but I purchased a lifetime membership today for $300.00.

Dang! That's sweet! I paid substantially more than that for Life Membership almost 30 years ago.
