TX and SC (traditionally) have chutzbah... why aren't our elected officials being outspoken as they are? Is VA no longer interested in "states rights"?

Va has been filled with "Transplants", and "Carpetbaggers" that brought their liberal wussy whimpy "Guv'mint mah daddy" attitude.
