My Latest Gun Ban Argument

I carry a handgun everywhere I go. I also have my manhood with me everywhere I go. Just because I carry a firearm and have man-parts doesn't mean that I'm going to use them to do someone harm.
Maybe the Dems should offer up a new bill in the Senate suggesting that we ban guns and man parts. Bad people carry both and ruin lives with both. We should take them both away from everyone.

Quote from the article.
"We are the most violent nation in the civilized world, with by far the most murders. When are we going to wake up and stop the carnage?"

Has anyone read the article in freedom magazine about the california's hag senator babs? she said in an interview that back in 94 IF she could have gotten 51 votes, she would have pushed for a complete ban on every firearm in the nation, actually she was quoted as saying" Mr and Mrs America, turn them all in" and that she would have sent teams to 'collect' all guns.... they have 6o votes this time..

I saw that and I bet she has a shiny little gun in her desk drawer. IMO this will not happen anytime soon. The libs know that this will kill their already jeopardized re-election. I'll be surprised to see anyone try to push this through given the current climate. IMO they will push other nasty's though. CIFTA and national registration come to mind since they would be viewed as "benign" in the eyes of most Americans. Vigilance and education are key. We must and do keep watch.

Hell, while your at it, senator, lets ban kitchen knives, gasoline, hammers, blunt objects in general, cars, medication, tall buildings, electricity, fire, mc donalds, concrete steps, icy roads with trees along the side etc. etc. to infinity.
Where has all the common sense gone? Jesus.

Here's an interesting article for you. Recall that England banned guns in the mid 90s.

I really don;t think Congress would ever embrace the idea of registration or collection,,That's a political hot potatoe no one wants to touch. There are an estimated 80 million gun owners in the US, That represents a very large percentage of the population. Now they will continue to try and strip gun rights at every chance but not on a scale of that magnitude,, I will mention that Feinstein is a liberal bimbo from the hippie generation in California that never grew out her kiddie land dreams and ideals, The scariest thing about her is the very fact that she got elected at all...

Its even scarier to think she may likely get re-elected.

I just gotta say, as a forensic autopsy tech, ive removed EVERY vital organ in hundreds upon hundreds of people with a 2 inch scalpel without a bit of trouble. Which yet again backs up the first point I was trying to make, that nearly anything can be harmfull and/or fatal if used with criminal intent. Guns, knives etc. are the most common, granted. But, I feel if you take away our guns, that means people will go to whatever lengths it takes to carry out their murderous intent. Hell, in the Armys unarmed combatives were taught how to kill by only using our hands, arms, legs and feet. I had a friend who was beaten to death with a red brick. Should bricks be elemenated? no, it wasnt the brick, it was the crackhead who wanted my buddies money. I say we keep our guns and give those citizens who have little to no knowledge of self defense a fighting chance against the criminal element. This whole issue makes me grind my teeth! Whats next? Is the army going to be disarmed?

No, they feel safe when law enforcement and the military have weapons. Both are there to "protect" them. I don't know exactly how they figure the military won't hurt them though, I know of 3 different soldiers that were caught either killing or assaulting civilians. All 3 were stationed in Europe during my tours there, 2 in Greece and 1 in Germany and they all used knives .
I guess we can trust the military with firearms because they protect us, just don't give them knives.

haha.. I hear you. This whole situation just needs a big healthy dose of common sense.
