For legal immigrants, that is. But I'm sure Holder's DOJ will work just as hard to protect American's rights too.

I am a legal immigrant. I did not see any restriction over a citizen other than shop employees lack of knowledge.
Something else is behind? Or they want us to get suppressors and fully automatics?

But did you try to purchase a firearm within 90 days of becoming a legal immigrant?

No, I had other priorities. I don't know many fresh immigrants whose first priority was to buy a firearm. Actually none. That's why I replied. Sounds fishy.
