Manual well pumps in King George area

Anyone know who is best in our area to install a manual well pump?

Further:
1) what all is entailed? (E.g. County permits? Land survey?)
2) approximate cost?
3) anything else?

I have an electric artesian well, and I don't think I want a manual pump tied to it (I'm assuming you lose functional use of the electric pump?)

We would really like to have a non-electric pump for use during long duration events.

Educate me! I was going to ask R. L. barker to come out and give us a quote. Again, I assume they do that....

I've seen a couple of Flojak pumps installed. http://flojak.com/

They seem to be very D.I.Y. friendly.
