Pay close attention when you go to vote!
GREENSBORO, N.C. –The presidential election is just around the corner and voting issues have already become a problem in Guilford County.
On Monday, several voters complained that their electronic ballot machine cast the wrong vote. All the complaints were made by people who voted at the Bur-Mil Park polling location.
STORY UPDATE: Similar problems reported in Jamestown and Pleasant Garden.
One of the voters, Sher Coromalis, says she cast her ballot for Governor Mitt Romney, but every time she entered her vote the machine defaulted to President Obama.
“I was so upset that this could happen,” said Coromalis.
Guilford County Board of Elections Director George Gilbert says the problem arises every election. It can be resolved after the machine is re-calibrated by poll workers.
“It’s not a conspiracy it’s just a machine that needs to be corrected,” Gilbert said.
After the third try, Coromalis says she was able to get her vote counted for Gov. Romney but was still annoyed.
“I should have just mailed it in,” Coromalis said.
Marie Haydock, who also voted at the Bur-Mil Park polling location, had the same problem.
“The frustration is… every vote counts,” said Haydock.

It's not a conspiracy, yet the "glitch" only changes votes to Obama.

Another case is being reported in Nevada. The machine auto selects Obama when you press the choice for Romney.

So far these glitches are being reported in NV, VA, FL and NC. Anyone see a pattern?

It's probably a touch screen calibration problem. If the machine isn't calibrated right, it may read a touch and offset its input to however off the calibration is.

The fact its happening right in front of voters suggests not a diabolical conspiracy but a software issue.
Now if they all were Obama on the back end, it'd be a real problem but still obvious if 100% of people in Greensboro NC all decide to vote Obama.
I miss the lever machines...very easy. And harder to tamper with.

Would feel better reading that those messed up machines were taken out of service right away instead of being allowed to record bad votes.This stinks already like the last election when the fraud occured,,

Reports coming out of Ohio that Romney votes are changing to Obama.
What are the odds that this is only happening in swing states?

I wonder how many of these voting machines have touch screens? As someone who deals with touch screens on a daily basis, I can tell you that they do need to be recalibrated at times.

but left-leaning, but I need to put a damper on the general tone of this thread. There have also been reports from other early-voting states about Obama votes automatically highlighting Romney. I saw a news report about this exact thing on Fox5 News yesterday evening. This was in Marylandistan which explains the attempted Obama vote, none-the-less it's happening both ways.

Doesn't sound the same at all.
All of the other reports speak of the "glitch" happening over and over again. There is no mention of the "problem" continuing when the election worker helped. Sounds to me like this woman just wasn't paying enough attention and wants to claim fraud.

I dont know if anyone recalls this but that disgrace to his country Harry Reid ( NV) also is supposed to have had his name come up when people voted for his opponent in the 2006 election.
Between trying to out-latino the republicans and all the other crap I would not be suprised by anything that boy obama does.

I've heard a few reports of this, and also a first-hand report by an acquaintance of a Republican vote in a very Democratic-district continuing to be rejected by the machine. The current administration loves voter fraud. It's the Chicago way.
