AK Gunsmiths in VA

Hi,
I'm looking for an AK gunsmith in VA, preferrably in the NOVA area. I'm looking to do a ground-up build for a PSL. Anyone have any recommendations for shops? I emailed Coastal Gun Works and haven't gotten a reply back, yet.
It seems that a lot of NOVA shops won't touch AKs.
