I wouldn't jump so quickly to conclusions. Even Rep. Issa (R-CA) said today that Holder is not necessarily cleared due to this report. Just because the report does not implicate Holder does not mean it absolves him.

The key point here is that he was cleared by the Justice Department's Inspector General. It's like the fox watching the hen house. Holder's justice department has shown countless times that it is totally corrupted, to the point that our pseudo-president had to step in to cover his a$$! Regardless of whether he is ever officially implicated in F&F (and it's obvious to any rational person that both Holder and his boss were aware of, if not having planned, this miscarriage of justice ), he is still in contempt of Congress. They need to put his a$$ on trial!

From page 4 of the pdf report:
"We were unable to interview several individuals with information relevant to our review. Charles Higman, the Resident Agent in Charge (RAC) in the ATF Tucson Office during Operation Wide Receiver, had direct management responsibility for the case and made several key decisions regarding how it was conducted. Higman retired from ATF in February 2009 and he did not respond to our repeated attempts to contact him"
Good Lord, all it takes is ignoring attempts to be left alone in an investigation, especially for a person in a critical role? I can't read any more of the report. This is just an abject failure- our representation appear to be impotent, justice dept that violates the very laws it is charged with upholding, murder, a President flipping our representation (by extension us, the People) the bird, an investigation that is hampered because folks ignored requests, and a 512 page report that basicaly says there were problems.
Pls correct me if I am wrong, this just seems to get worse.
