I have always felt that the editorializing in the police report was a stupid move. Can he apply some legal standard for his "avoidable" comment?

I am glad to see that he successfully appealed for a new judge.

Any advantage he can get is a plus in his column... This case has received far too much negative publicity..The MSM wouldn't even have noted it if he shot a white guy..In fact I doubt we;d even know it had happened at all if that was the case,,,
