What do you folks think about this? Say what you want about if the book should have been released in the first place, but how does Fox News justify releasing the real name and location of one of the heroes that killed OBL? Guess who al-Qaeda is targeting now?

He outed himself. I doubt he's too worried about any of bin laden's boys coming after him.

That's the first I've heard that he outed himself. Everything I've read talked about him having adjusted audio or being covered if doing interviews. He's lined up to be on 60 Minutes so it'll be interesting to see if he still goes through with that in light of what's going on. A lot of fingers seem to be pointed at Fox (of course by extension all of these outlets are displaying the same information

) and Fox's comment on the matter doesn't deny they outed him.

I'll bet in exactly 24 hours Fox will blame Obama.

Ahh, but, whether or not it should have been released (Or, written at all, actually) IS pertinent.
I haven't read the book, so I can't speak to it's content. But, I have to wonder whether or not he let slip some trade secrets.
On the other hand, I also wonder why it mattered so much to Fox that he be tracked down...

Oh, no doubt. I find it to be a violation of OPSEC. Maybe in 10 years or so might be the time to release the details. The only reason I put it like that is because no matter what your feeling about whether the book should have been released or not the cat is already out of the bag. The cat's out of the bag and the book hasn't been officially been vetted. Why go to the lengths to track this guy down? Journalistic integrity? To send a message from someone controlling the strings? Who knows.

Lets see now.
Oama allows special dispensation about the raid to a hollywood film maker.
His administration leaks like a rusted bucket including the name of the Pakistani Dr. that got the DNA sample that ends up getting him jailed.
Methods are leaked right and left to provide Big Bad Obama with the lie that he actually had operational control.
Maybe it's about time someone dug out a bit of truth!
None the less, any classified information if compromised should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
I bet Holder will jump on that one....if he has time...
