Pork Butt just came out of the oven

Pork Butt just came out of the over, I will let it rest and pull it for tomorrow.
Yay!!!!
Marinated flank steak is marinating and will do so for over 24 hours.
Can't wait to see everyone tomorrow.

Sounds yummy! Pork butt becomes a wonderous thing at 290 degrees.
We can't make it out for this one due to prior committments. If there's another gathering before it gets too cold, I'll see what kind of stuff I can bring to the table. Who knows what bashed neeps are?

Too far for me. Wish I could be there. I smoke pork butts over fresh-cut red hickory at 200-225 degrees for 8 hours or so. Don't have to pull 'em. They fall apart. Have y'all ever experienced a PORKGASM?

We do BBQ pork and chicken in the slow cooker and have to put it on the plate with a spoon. Anything else and the meat starts falling apart. That's when you know it's done!

Not a problem. Your kids are beautiful, and baby O is so cute. I got to snuggle a baby!!!
