I'm jealous. A 17x10 concrete vault and at least 1 machine gun. I don't have to estimate how many I have though.

I thought you couln't sell out of your house...that you had to have a storefront? :confused:

You can sell out of your house with the proper zoning. Only problem is it gives ATF access to inspect your house.

Yes, if you reside in the home and conduct a portion of business out of it AND claim that space (I believe one-third) is used for business purposes then you can claim a tax deduction. Yay! :doh: :roll:

Anyhow, it isn't difficult to apply for what's known as a Conditional Use Permit either, though it is generally posted on the property and heard before City Council and possibly the Board of Zoning Appeals.
