I just did my part; and the resuults so far are showing 2-to-one AGAINST an AWB.
I was at a restaurant last night where they had a TV playing CNN. One of the commentators was preaching an ardently pro-gun control sermon. I haven't seen screaming and arm-waving like that since the last Freewill Baptist funeral I attended. And they talk about FOX being partisan. I told them to turn that crap off immediately or I was walking out and the damned CHEF could pay my tab. They changed it to Fox News, posthaste.

Voted. Surprised at the results considering most people voting probably don't even know what an "assault rifle" is outside of what they've been told by the media.

What it does is SKEW their reporting. "EVERYONE WANTS A GUN BAN!" Um... not according to your OWN POLLS! 
Then it's backpedaling. "IT IS THOSE DAMNED GUN NUTS!" Uh... I can only vote ONCE... so it tells me it's the "ANTI-GUN NUTS" that are the MINORITY!
What they fail to realize, we sat silently thru the 80's, and 90's letting them run their collective mouths. With the advent of the internet? We're organized, vocal, and more importantly? NOT ALONE!

Yup. The reason the MSM and the liberal establishment are so scornful and derisive of the internet and Fox News is that it robbed them of the ability to craft the reality they preferred in the minds of the public. Knowledge sure enough is power.
