On the day of the fishing rodeo the grounds in front and on both sides of the main building we're full of kids and parents listening for the winners. The most weight in fish. 3 age groups.
Every kid that signed up got a prize of some kind.
Even if they didn't get a trophy every ticket # was called. Once called they got to go in and pick out something (mostly fishing gear) on tables. A good day.

Ya know that's the first thing I noticed.
If it's the guy I'm thinking about (with his Thompson Contender) he has got it down to beyond a science.
He's great with a pistol, you should see him with a rifle!

Small and nice is a good way to put it but...
If you go back to the clubhouse photo the 22 range is directly behind it, maybe 100 yards with target frames out to 100 yards.
To the left of the clubhouse and still in the works at least 4 pistol ranges divided by berms.
Another quarter of a mile or so up the road is trap (2), rifle (150 yard max) and pistol range.
To the right of the building two fish ponds and 3 (at the moment) archery targets.
I'll be more than happy to show the grounds to anyone interested.

I just joined myself today to Arlington chapter. I'm $350 lighter, which originally I was thinking to spend on a ruger 10-22 take-down (I like that, I don't know why). But I want to give more outdoor activities to my daughter, and looks she likes the 10 m air rifle range And she wants to try the archery, will see if she can use it.
