The result of legislators not reading the things they sign,,Scary as all hell, HOw many other little gifts have they passed behind our backs? With health care in the spotlight right now I don;t put it past them to slip more laws into that little jewel. That little legislative nightmare is full of screw the public blind stuff. Affirmative action, preferential treatment, Covering illegal aliens, a bunch of agenda pushing extras, and a buttload of extra crap that has nothing to do with actual health care,,I am truly begining to believe that Obama's agenda is to get EVERY thing in this country under government control, The constant push, push to get things through the Congress before they even see it,the whining on TV to gain sympathy from the dead wood,,They don;t work but they do have televisions. This man is a marketing genius,He is selling all the time . Anything to get his voter base increased to assure reelection. If he succeeds he will have destroyed this country in less than a year.Hopefully we can hang on till 2010 and the right side people get out and bring the fight to them and at least take back the Congress, Without that he'll be more of a barking dog than one with teeth.

We do have the deck completely stacked against us right now and I am very concerned. Dem controlled white house, dem congress, dem senate, and a divided SCOTUS. The only thing keeping them from pushing us over the brink are a very few standing in the gap. I am convinced that there will be balance after the 2010 election but we have to get there first. Who knows what they might come up with between now and then. Cap/Trade, health care reform, and the stimulus are small potatoes compared to the real damage they could do. Right now, as we "speak" there is a bill sitting in committee to repeal the 22nd amendment (presidential term limits). It will most likely stay there and die, but its there. That scares the living daylights out of me. Another - abolish the death penalty forever. That would send a strong message to the criminal community. There are others. Then there are all the things I could think of that would literally kill us as a nation that these bozos might come up with - how bout Koh's idea - put US law under and subservient to international law. We have to get others organized quickly. We cant let up with our letters, calls, faxes, protests, etc. We must fight between now and 2010 and beyond.

Ain;t it the truth, these people are out to get their agenda put in place and nothing else matters,Rush hit it on the head last night stating that Obama hates this country and he is going to reshape it his way, Total government control over everything, Now that is not cool by any stretch of the imagination. We have to oppose Obama, Kennedy, and all the other Playhouse kids every chance we get,, I knew Koh was BFN when his name came up ,,We have not heard the last of him by a long shot,, Be afraid, very afraid. One really sad thing is how many idiots are buying the bullsh$# coming out of these boneheads and are literally standing in line to get poked in the shorts,, Notable of late there are some maverick types breaking free and opposing this pile of Bull, and they are striking out against it,,,we should pay attention to those that do and offer support where it;s deserved,,We are in for a long firefight and the medevac aint coming soon. It's time to bear down, keep pushing back, and refuse to lose...

I'm with you. Aint it funny and ironic that the same government I work for had me swear an oath to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC. Time for me to do my job.

I remember that oath, although many years ago. Guess I will get another mark on my record tomorrow at Liberty 101. Ya all come out and stop by the VCDL table. (darn that makes two marks)

Yeah, the 10th Amendment is too much trouble. States are forgetting that they were once sovereign. United but sovereign. It's too easy for State governments to hand over their responsibilities to the FedGov.

Strong vs. weak central government was a polarizing theme in the late 1700's and today we are "enjoying" the effects of strong government.

Praise the lord, and pass the ammunition.

I blame the family. I believe the family (after the individual) is the most basic unit of government. When the parents (or lack of parents) allow the next generation to be raised without true morals and values, the end product is rotten bricks. When you build with substandard materials, the end result is shoddy workmanship - and of short duration.

Just my $.02...
