Concerning the big flap about the Rosen woman’s remark that Mit Romney’s wife “never worked a day in her life”, I just can’t understand why any supporter of BHO would say a thing like that when BHO never had a real job in HIS life.

That occur to anybody else?

Obama paid lower tax rate than secretary

President Obama and first lady Michelle Obama had a combined income of $789,674 in 2011 but paid a lower tax rate the president's secretary, who made less than $100,000, the White House confirmed Friday.

The Obamas paid an effective rate of 20.5 percent. White House aides would not reveal presidential secretary Anita Breckenridge’s tax rate but confirmed it was higher than the first family's rate. Breckenridge earned $95,000 last year.

The Obamas' rate is less than the 30 percent the president wants millionaires to pay under his proposed Buffett Rule.

Have any of 'em worked? BHO skated through life thanks to academia, Romney was born loaded...maybe their wives held real jobs? Did the Romney wife raise her kids herself or have a legion of nannies and such? Did Michelle Obama raise her kids herself or hold a real job outside the home?

In any event it was a stupid thing to say, stay at home moms are like slaves to cruel little midgets.

Michelle has a no show job that paid 300K. She chose to not be at home and pursue other things... That's fine but don't crap on someone who choses to keep a home and raise a family with less, because the family is their priority.

BTW, Romney gave away the money he inherited and pretty much made all he has now. A little reported fact in the MSM democrat pravda.

No, anyone earning more than $1,000,000 is what they're calling a millionaire (according to the Buffett Rule). In fact, when asked why Obama isn't in the 30% tax bracket the answer was because his adjusted gross income was less than $1,000,000. You might be getting the 250k number from the Bush tax cuts.

Maybe he treated being President as a business and opened all the nice little goodies allowed to them.. Example...If you pay for your own health care,,,Personally it is subject to the 7 1/2% floor....To a bizness,,100% deductible.. and thats just the begining

You guys are missing the best part of this whole release of tax information by Obama that Conservatives everywhere should be all over:

Both he and his wife (separate of each other) gave each of their two daughters $12k apiece for a total of $48k. So BHO gave each kid $12k apiece, and Michelle gave each kid $12k apiece. Why? Because under a section of the federal tax code, this "donation" to their kids is exempt from being taxed by the fed. It's a tax shelter. $48k tax free!! Completely legal, but don't you know that if Romney had done that it would be front page news on every liberal media outlet in America.

The presidents do get billed for their meals (excepting state dinners). Its a start at least.
