How did this guy get a degree in law!?! The supreme court IS elected. It is elected by proxy. The president (elected) puts up a name, the senate votes on the name (another election). It is indirect, but elected by our representatives nonetheless. As opposed to his myriad of czars that don't get so much as an overview by the legislative branch. I was not a constitutional scholar, and only took a few college courses in constitutional law, but even I know this. Either President Obama is really stupid, or he is deliberately trying to destroy the separation of powers, and any check against his own power, and is a very dangerous man. If you don't like judicial activism, perhaps then Mr. President, you and your friends in the legislative branch should consider the constitution when laws are passed. Or perhaps you did check out the constitution, and this is not an oversight on your part that your bill would have changed the nature of the social contract our gov't has with the people. If that is the case I think it comes right up onto possible treason and a violation of your oath of office.

As for Calderon...doesn't he have enough problems? Go fix your own country sir, and leave ours alone.

Pretty much anybody who can get IN a law school can get a degree.
