This is an interesting bird-eye view of a real situation as it went down at a gas station in Dayton, Ohio last year. The shooter was held by police for 4 hours, then released. Prosecutors determined that it was a good shoot and did not press charges. The assailants were both charged with assault and are fine upstanding members of their community according to their relatives.

I remember when this first happened. Him and his gangster idiots were all over Facebook talking crap out how the guy was afraid to get his butt kicked. They have since closed it down though. To bad that in this country criminals are really free to do as they wish. Also to bad that this dirt bag lived. If that would have happened in this commie state of mass, he would have been charged for leaving the scene and not staying there to get crap from all the people that ran to the aggressor.
