What better remedy for discrimination than ceased decades ago than state sanctioned discrimination now?

Affirmative action is BS anyway and should done away with so that people who actually are right for the job will get it! Oh but wait I can hear them now "but..but then nobody would hire us" yeah not because of your race because you're an idiot! You dress like an idiot, you talk like an idiot, ergo you're an idiot! If you want to be taken seriously take off your hat, get an haircut, pull up your pants, and for the love of pete stop spouting giberish and speak the kings english!

I hope they win and set a precedent so that others can beat that nonesense into oblivion. :thumbsup:

With Scalia on the bench and Kagan recusing herself the plaintiff actually has a good shot, but I'm concerned the wording will be so weakly written nothing substantial will change. This happens every 5-10 years and AA is still around.
