I need help with a saiga trigger

I recently purchased a Tapco G2 trigger for my saiga 7.62x39 rifle. The problem i have run into is that i have called every gunsmith in the hampton roads area and I was told by every one that they would not install the trigger. If there is anyone on this site that lives in the hampton roads area of virginia who knows how to install a G2 trigger on an ak/saiga, please reply to this. I am willing to compensate for your time.

So is that a 922(r) compliance issue?

no, it is not a 922r compliance issue. i already have 3 american made parts on the weapon (pistol grip, buttstock, and handguard/forearm), plus two american made promags, each us-made magazine counts as 3 parts. i simply wanted a better trigger, an added plus is that a G2 trigger counts as another 3 parts. every gunsmith i talked to said they wouldn't do it because they didn't like to work an ak type rifles.

Search youtube, I bet you'll find something pretty easily on how to install this.

i've seen the videos. things that i can install are pistol grips, buttstocks, handguards/forearms and the like. but when it comes to removing and replacing internal parts, that's beyond my comfort zone. so, if anyone on this site knows how to install a trigger on a saiga rifle, please let me know. I will happily pay for your time.

If you don't mind driving over to Suffolk,
Revolver Armorer has an AK guy on staff.
