Plinking near Richmond?

I'm looking for a parcel of land near Richmond to go plink on – safely and legally.
I can't afford to buy land right now but I would happily pay the owner a reasonable usage fee.
Some friends and I used to go get a few bags of apples or oranges from Wal-Mart and spend a lazy afternoon making mulch but the place we shot at is putting up a new building.
We mainly shoot 5.56, .308, 38 Special, 9mm, 17 hmr and 22lr. We're courteous and we always police up the brass and leave the area in the condition we found it if not better. And, of course, we will provide the land-owner a notarized release of liability letter.
If you have any land or leads on same please reply back to this post.
Thank you everyone and Happy 2012.
