Fox is breaking that a police officer has been shot to death and another person may be shot on the campus of Virginia Tech. Shooter is still on the loose.

And every single student on that campus is a sitting duck.

I wonder who will get blamed this time?. My guess: those of us that didn't do it.

By and by, I'm not from here and am puzzled by the VT worship in Roanoke...but wtf is it with this school attracting gunfire?

Its a gun free zone...So that means any criminal with a gun is free to shoot without the fear of being shot back at.

Sounds like the second person killed was the killer.

It appears to be over. The gunman is dead, but it's not clear if he took his own life or not.

This was probably just a traffic stop gone bad instead of a premeditated attack like four years ago. That will be little comfort to anyone on campus, especially the families of the two victims.

Latest reports are that the gunman was not part of the traffic stop, that he just walked up and shot. So it might well have been premeditated.

Here comes the hysterical gun control mob. Never mind that the campus policy did nothing to protect the students and one police officer. Duck and cover people.

If I was student I would be demanding that I be able to carry on campus! Tis tragic but it makes for easy blaming for the anti gun mob.

They locked down I95 today when a trooper got shot, but that got barely a mention, if at all, amid the reporting frenzy at Tech.
