OakRidge, what on the topside of this earth made you want to DO that to us first thing in the morning? Painful to watch. Makes my teeth hurt. Sad to see Shatner reduced to this. The commercials for that cut-rate motel-room outfit were bad enough. I'll never be able to watch a Star Trek rerun again. Makes me think he's either senile or hard up for money.

I think it's possible that Shatner does this for fun. Entertainers will often undertake strange projects for their own amusement.
