Half of them probably don't know the guy's name, and this is the first time I've seen a single reference to even the gender of the officers involved, let alone the race.

Not that it would matter, anyway.

Let's destroy everything in sight, because racism. Facts are irrelevant.

It is certainly good news to hear the police may not have caused the injury however they may have complicated the problem by the way they take them to the ground, lifted him from the ground, push him into the van and his ride.

It is just sad to see these incidents keep happening.

I have come to the point in my life where I don't give a rats azz what people do any more. I served my country for 21 years, and donated time for various charities my entire life. I am tired of the "victimhood". I gave up apologizing for being white about 35 years ago.

I am spending the rest of my years keeping my family and friends close.

The liberal media would have you believe that the majority of black people are like Baltimore. The fact is that most of them are not, but if that came out then the whole profitability of victimhood would go out the window.

For some, it is not about race, it is about revolution.

http://www.truthdig.com/report/item/ris ... s_20150426
The almost daily murders of young black men and women by police in the United States—a crisis undiminished by the protests of groups such as Black Lives Matter and by the empty rhetoric of black political elites—have given birth to a new young black militant.

This militant, rising off the bloody streets of cities such as Ferguson, Mo., understands that the beast is not simply white supremacy, chronic poverty and the many faces of racism but the destructive energy of corporate capitalism. This militant has given up on electoral politics, the courts and legislative reform, loathes the corporate press and rejects established black leaders such as Barack Obama, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and Michael Eric Dyson. This militant believes it is only in the streets and in acts of civil disobedience that change is possible.
The interesting part, is that they could probably find a significant amount of support among Conservatives and Libertarians on the subjects of crony capitalism, militarized police, crooked cops, government surveillance, etc.; if they weren't burning down neighborhoods. By rioting, they force moderates to distance themselves, making it harder for valid grievances to be addressed. Riots only really serve to make the case for more government power, more surveillance, more militarized police... not less.

A friend just returned from a visit to Baltimore. He said he went to a drugstore, and all that was left were suntan lotion and Father's Day cards . . .

I think it was 3 years ago when I warn that the time for police to be a target will come. It's part of the game, in the script.

You're right. How else can the socialist regime justify illegally turning it's military forces on the people?

That said, it doesn't help when the media is in bed with the Left an puts out trash like this...

I believe the problem many suggested would happen, is happening.

Rioters have fear of police.
Police have fear of rioters and others if they think there is a need for an arrest. They are not providing the attention the community expects - but what do you expect?

Go to the high school and get the kids who destroyed the place. Make they fix what they can and send them damn parents (use that phase loosely) a bill for the rest. Why should tax payers be responsible for it. There needs to be criminals held accountable and provide retributions.
