Bali, it's jackass commentary such as this:

You come off as abrasive and arrogant. 70+ posts over the course of 5 days, the bulk of which you have resurrected long dead threads to add nothing of value.
We're a different kind of forum, here. We are all grown, civilized adults, and we behave as such. We don't do flame wars, and we don't get into name calling. It's simply not productive. When we disagree with each other, we lay out our opposing views in a calm and rational manner. And, frequently, we'll just end up agreeing to disagree. We are a fairly tight bunch; many of us have met others of us in person. We've been gathering in this corner of the internet for a while, and discussed many different topics. Our core members are highly intelligent (as are many who don't come in as often, and the silent browsers, too, I imagine). When you come in, and baselessly insult the intelligence of these guys, it becomes difficult to give any credence to your commentary.
Look, we welcome newcomers here. Fresh perspectives are appreciated. But, we do expect you to conduct yourself with some sense of tact and decorum. Disagree with whomever you like, but do so with some diplomacy.
If you want to engage in spirited, passionate debate about something, we can probably accommodate that. But, you'll need some facts and figures if you want to be taken seriously. The track you're on now, we're just going to poke the troll with a stick for a little bit, because it's fun, and it's been kind of quiet lately, but the novelty will wear off quickly, and you'll just be ignored.
Meh; I've said similar things to similar types, in the past. My words fell on deaf ears (or blind eyes, rather), then. I don't expect much different, this time around. Rev gave you a heads up on protocol in another thread, earlier, and I gave you some extra detail. Far as I'm concerned, you've gotten the courtesy of being politely informed of local custom. Proceed as you wish, with the knowledge of what can be expected from your choice of behavior.

The fact that i CAN (so easily) post so much good info is what disturbs you, down deep. That somebody obviously knows 10-100x what you know about hunting, survival, shooting, guns and combat upsets your tiny world image.
